A title change was recommended by multiple peers to add more context for our poster. We thought this was appropriate to change as many peers felt the need for more direction. We changed the title to “Complexity of Refugees and Mental Health” to provide more of an overview of our poster.
We decided to cut down on some of the wording as this was also mentioned a few times in peer comments on our poster. This change was done in hopes of making our poster easier to read and follow. We edited the long sentences to shorter clear points.
For our IPB, it was recommended we work on the details of the components and find a better way to condense and present the information that connects to each other. We chose to do this edit as it helped develop our analysis. We condensed and chose better language to help create a better well-rounded analysis.
Another suggestion was to change the title of our clinical experience to another name that provides more direction. We did not do this change to our poster as other peers stated that they understood the direction of this section and our group agreed the title was sufficient.
Another suggestion for our poster was to add a pseudonym to our clinical experience to create a more personalized story for the readers. This suggestion was a perspective our group had not considered yet while making our poster. We decided to add the initials M.O. to our clinical experience to add a personal touch for readers.
Thank you to everyone who gave us feedback for our poster!
