After reviewing and analyzing the feedback we received from our peers we made multiple changes to our poster. We decided to reduce the amount of text on the poster to make it easier to read and have more specific information instead of overwhelming the reader. We received feedback regarding our spelling and grammar so we ensured that was corrected. We received many feedback comments regarding our referencing of citations on the draft poster. Our peers suggested that the bold footnotes we had on our draft poster were somewhat distracting/drawing too much attention. We chose to do APA-style footnotes instead to hopefully make it clearer for the reader. We placed our scenario in the middle of the page for our draft poster. After reading the feedback, we chose to place the scenario at the top of our final poster to ensure our audience understands this before reading further into the poster. We received feedback that the content of our poster was not specific to our patient scenario. We made changes to our final poster so that the content under each IPB heading was specific to our patient and the complexity of diabetes and homelessness. Our group chose to create a name for our patient in our scenario, which we thought would make it more personal and help to create more specificity in our content. We also chose to use a completely different type of poster to help make it easier to read, more visually appealing, and less crowded. After making the necessary changes to our poster, we feel we accounted for the majority of feedback comments we received from our peers.
